Transformational experiencesthat change lives
Immersive retreats for Men ready to meet themselves honestly, and come home different.
Ready to take ownership, step into leadership and build deeper connection?
Men are realising what is being asked of them right now. To step into the fire. To face what has been passed down through generations, and create new pathways in their own lives. And to do it alongside a brotherhood that holds them to it.

Five pillars
Physical
Back into your body. Movement, play, dance and breath to reconnect with strength and vitality, supported by nourishing food, the land and real rest.
Emotional
A safe space for grief, anger, joy and vulnerability to move. Breathwork and sharing circles, with tools to regulate and trust what you feel.
Mental
Clear frameworks to see your patterns, conditioning and beliefs, including masculine and feminine education. Reflection and inquiry that bring clarity and focus.
Relational
Brotherhood in practice. Communication, boundaries, honest feedback and accountability, held by trained facilitators.
Spiritual
Ritual, ceremony, stillness and time on the land. A deeper sense of meaning, intuition and belonging.
Change you
can feel
This isn't a talking shop. We work through the body, the breath and the circle, so change is lived and practised, not just understood.
Circle work
Honest sharing, witnessing and feedback in a held group of Men.
Shadow work
Bring hidden beliefs, fears and patterns into the light and reclaim the energy they hold.
Inner child & parts work
Meet the younger parts running old patterns, with care, and grow a more grounded adult self.
Heart centred breathwork
Let stored emotion move safely, and open to what's underneath.
Embodiment, movement & dance
Get out of your head and back into your body. Strength, play and presence.
Nervous system regulation
Practical somatic tools to calm stress and respond rather than react.
Ceremony & ritual
Intentional acts that mark the threshold and anchor the change.
Time on the land
Slow down, settle and remember you are part of something bigger.

Thank you
for being here
My own path into this work began over a decade ago, shaped by challenge, devotion and a deep commitment to becoming the man I needed to be. Stepping into the unknown has been the catalyst for every major shift in my life. It's often the doorway to real change.
These retreats are special. They are curated with a lot of intention, and not every man who applies will come. That is vital to creating a container with the best chance of transformation.
I've dedicated the last decade to this work, so we can call each other back to sovereignty and leadership. If you are ready to become the man you know you can be... let's go.

FAQ's
Do I need prior experience?
No. Our retreats meet Men exactly where they are. Whether you're new to personal development and group work or have years of experience, every practice is guided with clarity and support so you can take part at your own pace. If you're new to this work, we'll decide together on our call whether this space is right for you. LV2 is for Men who have completed LV1.
How is privacy and confidentiality handled?
Everything you share is treated with strict confidentiality. Every participant agrees to one standard: what is spoken in the space stays in the space. No stories, names or personal disclosures leave the group without explicit consent.
What code of conduct is there?
Confidentiality
What is said and seen here stays here. You don't have permission to tell another person's story, inside or outside the container.
We take photos and video to normalise Men doing this work and expressing emotion, to share Men of Earth so we can reach more people, and because Men often love having something to remember the experience by. If you don't want to be filmed at any point, tell our media team and they will avoid you. We always check before posting anything vulnerable.
Honesty
The more honest you are with yourself and others, the more you'll get from this. Honesty can be challenging. We invite you to meet that edge, and not be hard on yourself if some areas take time. If something is worrying you, reach out to the core facilitator team. Don't hold it.
Ownership
Take ownership of your thoughts, words and actions, and the impact they have on you, others and the land. Speak with "I" statements, especially when expressing thoughts and feelings. If an issue arises with someone, we ask you to own resolving it in a kind, compassionate and clear way, and to bring in the facilitator team if you need support.
Integrity
We do not accept racism, homophobia, misogyny or any kind of prejudice in our containers. This work supports growth, so where participants are open to exploring held beliefs, we hold space for that.
No sex with yourself or others for the duration of the retreat. We ask you to hold the energy we are cultivating, individually and collectively. This applies to couples too.
No drugs, alcohol or psychoactive plant medicines for the duration of the retreat. If you use non psychoactive plants such as Hapeh or Mambe, please use them alone and in private, not in the open container.
We leave the land better than we found it. Tidy up after yourself, be helpful, and be proactive in holding a sacred space.
Consent
We want connection to flow freely and naturally, and we ask everyone to use self awareness around consent. If someone has just had a process, ask whether they want to talk about it before opening a conversation. They may need time to integrate. Check in before touching or embracing someone if you think they may not want it in that moment.
Expression
We invite you into your true and full expression, with your voice, movement and emotions. We all come from different backgrounds, so we ask you to accept other people's expression as much as your own.
What support is there if things get intense?
The retreat is held by experienced practitioners skilled in emotional processes, somatic work and grounded support. If strong emotions arise, you'll be met with care, guidance and options: stepping out, one to one presence, or finding regulation. You are never required to push beyond your limits. Every participant completes a form beforehand so we understand where you are emotionally, mentally and physically.
What is your approach to diversity and inclusion?
Men from all backgrounds, identities and life experiences are welcome. The space is held with openness, respect and cultural sensitivity. The focus is our shared humanity, with an understanding that every man's path and story is his own.
What accommodation is provided?
You'll be sharing a room unless you need private space. Please speak to the team when you book. The rooms are comfortable and designed to support rest and reflection.
What does the day to day schedule look like?
Each day blends structured sessions with spacious time for rest, integration and reflection. We don't share the full schedule in advance, as we adapt it as the retreat unfolds. It's intentional, not overwhelming, and you'll always have space to decompress. Each level's page shows how the days flow.
How big is the group?
To protect depth, safety and personal attention, spaces are limited and not every man who applies will join. Groups are kept small enough for intimacy while still benefiting from the collective. Expect 10 to 15 Men in total.
What about phones, photos and media?
- Our media team documents the experience, while honouring the needs of participants.
- Nothing is shared publicly without consent.
- Facilitators may also take some photos and video.
- Phone use is discouraged and may be limited to set times or areas.
- You're invited into a temporary digital detox to support full immersion.
Any exceptions will be clearly communicated.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
If you cancel 30 days or more before the retreat begins, Men of Earth will refund your payment. After that, refunds are considered case by case and are not guaranteed. If you cancel within 30 days, we'll do our best to transfer your place to another man, and if we can you'll receive a full refund minus a £50 admin charge.
If we cancel the retreat due to weather, emergencies or anything else unforeseen, you'll receive a full refund.
Is there follow up or integration afterwards?
Yes. Integration is essential. You're offered follow up support including a 2 hour group integration call, community check ins and resources to bring your insights into daily life. The intention is that the work continues long after the retreat.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Ask us about them on your call.
