The first hike in the 2027 Ascend Hike Series. More than a hike: an immersive experience where men's work meets adventure. A journey inward and outward, alongside men committed to their health, purpose and growth.

• Sleeping: Accommodation provided

• Group: capped at 20 men so every man is seen and heard
• Guided by: Graham Moates, experienced Summer Mountain Leader. The route is fully guided and safely executed

• Fitness: a moderate level of fitness and some preparation is recommended

In a world that often pulls us away from nature and from each other, this is a chance to return.

Mountain summit | Wild swimming | Nature connection | Breathwork | Meditation

Whether you are experienced in the outdoors or stepping into something new, we move as one. A moderate level of fitness and some preparation is recommended: we will be summiting a mountain of around 1,000m and walking for 8+ hours on both days.
